Where can we edit/remove this text in the customer's order receipt?

"Removal requests can be sent to this address and will be honored and respected."

Two things (at least):
Seems like that or similar text is required to be a part of the email. If the email address is wrong for that action, then the appropriate email could be incorporated.
2) like all things Zen Cart and in particular language related, searching the system/area using the developer's tool kit (admin->tools->developers tool kit) on a portion or the entire text as displayed should identify the define(s) that are applicable.
