Bluehost deactivated my site today due to its causing performance problems on a shared server. Ok, it's been busy. But when I ask them what they mean, they refer to mySQL problems, such as:
Anybody have experience with this issue with them? Do I just need to edit my db and delete some banners or something? I can't do it through my ZC admin because I can't log there. Here are the tables that are causing the high performance Mysql Table Statistics:
10490285770 banners_history [mysite]_[mydatabase]
278422293 products [mysite]_[mydatabase]
230995953 sessions [mysite]_[mydatabase]
9068038 banners [mysite]_[mydatabase]
They have a couple of issues with a WordPress blog as well, but I'm assuming that if I can work through the ZC stuff, I can work through those.
Their TOS department is apparently unavailable until Monday. I've had a big spike in traffic lately (with some orders) and would like to appease them before Monday.
Thanks.
