Dynamic_Attribute_filter-1.3

I have installed the Dynamic Attribute Filter 1.3, I can switch it on at the layout boxes controller, but if I go to configuration - dynamic filter, I only see an empty page instead of multiple options. Do you happen to know what went wrong?

Well start by answering the posting tips questions at the top when you post...

Is this a new install or an upgrade?
what php version
what mysql ver
what ZenCart ver
etc

There's actually an entire forum thread dedicated to this plugin as referenced from the download area.

That provides a cental area for others to help and be helped when they come across similar issues with the software.

Hi Kobra:

The plugin was a new install.
PHP version is: 5.3.28
Zen cart version: recently updated from 1.3.9 to 1.5.4
