I'm not very html literate. This is the Zone 1 shipping table I'm trying to revise:

30.00:6.00,24.99:6.00,9999.99:11.75

I'm trying to change it to items (total price) under $10 would be $5 shipping, $10-$24.99 would cost $6, and $25+ would cost 11.75 (which I was able to change);

I played around and was able to change it as you see it, but it seems to mean that item(s) up to 24.99 would cost $6. and over that is 11.75. If I change the 6 to a 5, then there is no category for the $6 shipping price. Aarrrghh. This is all a bit greek to me. Can you help? Or point me in a direction of someone who speaks non-HTML?
