I was getting () - (28) connect() timed out! error for my PayPal express orders. I contacted dreamhost support and sent them this tread

The support agent said he would move my site to a different server to see if it would fix the issue. Well , the error message went away but now it seems to take forever for for my site to go to the paypal express checkout page. I don't remember it taking this long. Could anybody tell me what is causing this ?
