I have a site that uses Zen cart 1.3.9h

When creating an account, after sending the form, a blank page and nothing happens.

An idea ?

Check your /cache folder (since you're still on 1.3.9h) to see if you have any myDEBUG*.log files to indicate what's going on. It's possible that you host has updated your site's PHP version, which would lead to many errors on a site using this outdated code!
