So what has changed at your site in the last week? Was there a necessary/needed upgrade in PHP?
Is your mailbox full that is used to transfer the email?
Have you enabled email logging and installed the email manager plugin to validate that ZC is generating the emails?
What method of email protocol is being used?
What is the extension of the email (ie. Google, yahoo, your domain)?
