Site will not display

I installed zen cart v1.5.5a. I followed all the instructions. I added categories and products. I set up Paypal, I set up the basics in the admin of zen cart. However when I go to my store all it shows is zen cart logo then TAG LINE (which I followed the directions to change), the categories and nothing else. I can not click on categories to bring up the products. Basically anything I click on does nothing. However it is just the header information nothing else. I tried both the classic layout and the responsive layout same thing.

I have no clue what to do to get this store to go on-line with the products. I have looked at every single instruction and have followed it. Nothing. So basically the site is up but I can not connect the zencart to the site so people can actually order things. I have struggled with this for 5 days. I do not have time to do anything else.

I am new here and new to zen cart. So not sure what is needed to help. here is the zen cart portion of the site tablemountaindesigns.com/catalog

A "partial blank page" suggests that PHP is encountering a fatal error.
It doesn't display the error on the screen, so that hackers can't use the error to abuse your site.
Instead the errors are logged ... in the /logs/ folder on your server.
