Counter History for last 10 recorded days Session - Total
let's say 63 - 184
This means what ? And those the admin session counts ? Or is there a way to prevent some admin IP ?

There was a "user tracking" mod, but I think the consensus is that Analytics gives access to more data.

If your host provides you with cpanel, it has great analytics like awstats.
