website gets suspended for long-running scripts - looking for why

hi there,

i am currently running zencart v1.5.4 however my website occasionally gets suspended due to a script running for longer than 2 minutes. my host has informed me that its the script running on index.php which isn't much help at all

are there any kinds of logs that zencart has that would help me locate specifically which script is causing this?

Ask your host for evidence. They should have a log.
