Moving a test installation

I know I saw a post somewhere on how to move your test installation to your live site, but I can't find it now. I need to get it into a test directory in my actual domain, so I can test the options that require SSL (which I have, just not on the site where I'm currently testing the installation).

I've seen that, but I'm only moving to a different account on the same server. In fact, it isn't really even a different account, because it needs to go into a sub-domain of the account where it is now. So it's only going into a different directory.
