Default Contact Us email brackets saved encoded

    Hi,
I'm using the Sheffield Blue Responsive template.

I'm trying to set up the contact us name and email address but when I enter the email address in the format
    Code:
    Chairman <[email protected]>
the brackets are changed to the ampersand versions. This keeps the email from being sent. How can I suppress this conversion. Alternatively, where in the database are these values stored? I can update the db directly if needed.
    Thanks!

Been over a month since the question was posted, but I haven't seen it anywhere else. I had the same problem. Easiest fix for me was directly in the DB configuration table, configuration_key CONTACT_US_LIST. In configuration_value add your email list in the format Name 1 <email@address1>, Name 2 <email@address2>
