Shipping - how do I set fixed-price for various services?

Hi

Sorry for asking what may be a "it's staring you in the face" question.

How can I set up the following shipping rates. This is for any size order.

Regular Next Day Courier – £9.50
(Please Note: Jersey £19.50 and is 2-3 Days)
Next Day pre-12 – £21.50
Saturday Delivery pre-12 – £29.50
Wales & Scottish Highlands Delivery – £25.50
Northern Ireland & Off-Shore Delivery (including Jersey) – £19.50

I have looked through the forum and looked at the available shipping modules, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to do it.

If anybody could help it would be appreciated.

Besides location restrictions such as Wales & Scottish Highlands Delivery &
Northern Ireland & Off-Shore Delivery (including Jersey) (assuming that those two destinations are delivery point specific, what other restrictions are there for the other various shipping options? Certain products?

Basically you would customize one or more shipping modules to display the desired information by *cloning the shipping module* that behaves most like your desired goal for that module...
