I know there is probably a thread about this in the correct sections -> upgrading 1.3 - 1.5 but after going through 19 pages I decided to just ask. Our site can be seen at www.toadland.com. We recently updated the site, everything else functions perfectly fine. The pages still displayed, products are still there it all seemed fine. Then we noticed that our contact us form is not working, we are using the SMTP Auth method, have a completely independent email account for it which also receives our order confirmations. I've ensured there are no typos in the Dropdown list options and I've verified that the email can get messages from other accounts. I'm lost, if the order confirmations work shouldn't the contact us? If so is it an error in the contact us file that I can edit via ftp? Please help, we've been down for a few days. Well just the contact us.
