New products - has disappeared

The number of days is set to 60.
I have added some new products this week so they should be on there.
If I change the number to 0 then they all show.
I will recheck my products as it could be I created them a few months ago but only switched them on yesterday.

Yes the problem was I added these new products back in May and as they have just arrived I set the available from date as monday this week thinking that would trigger the new products listed but it didnt.
Instead I have gone to the Database and edited the products table - products_date_added to yesterday and all is good again.
