Having a bit af a odd case here. I am working on a site for a customer with a virtual products site. No shipping address is required, and no shipping modules are installed. Also the ot_shipping module is not installed, as it is not needed.
OPC comes with the missing elements error, as expected. What would be the best solution, besides me hacking in to the code? Is this something You can build in to the module? Like a check to see is shipping is installed?

- Bootstrap template 1.0.4

I'll look into that mishandling by OPC, but for the time being a work-around might be to configure the store to enable Modules->Shipping->freeshipper.

That's what I have done, but the customer does not like to see that on the screen. But that is something I can hide easily with some css.

in a override.css

The order total is showing freeshipper, on checkout, and order history.

I'm not able to reproduce the issue using the current OPC v2.0.1-beta3 available on GitHub. What I did was to remove the ot_shipping order-total, was there more that I need to do?

I uninstalled the ot_shipping from the order total. I will see if I can reproduce it again and report a step by step procedure, using opc from github
