I cleared zen_sessions table, and I can resume in current browser. But it must be saving the error in the session for some reason? After click through of couple of hundred pages? Some customers can do that for real I imagine, perhaps more so if an item is saved in basket. I also have Automatic Login module enabled. I did try disabling that, but it didn't help. Whether they can play together for session, I don't know.
