I need to force a specific shipping method (shipping by quote) for not only customers in a geo-zone specified in the shipping by quote shipping module but also for customers in a specific customer group regardless of their geo-zone. How can I do this in OPC? A notifier suggestion would be a big help.

Was a solution/reason found for this I have had it ocour 96 times last month but I cannot recreate it on my test system.
