is it normal for OPC to be display has on column on responsive template?

When combine with the bootstrap template, OPC is display in several columns.

I am not able to add screenshot somehow but:

OPC on bootstrap is like

column 1 column 2 column 3

billing info cart content other
shipping info comment box


OPC on responsive is one column only

billing info
shipping info
comment
cart content

How can i get the 3 column on responsive classic template?

OPC provides a checkout_one.css file in its distribution's /includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE directory. Did you copy that .css file to your responsive_classic clone's template directory?

Note that the file should not be copied for the Bootstrap template and its clones.

The file is there and I am using the latest version of OPC 2.5.5

I am still getting error when trying to attach images so maybe these dropbox link would work better.

That screenshot of Bootstrap with OPC doesn't look like the as-shipped version and the screenshot with responsive_classic is too teeny to make out.

Noting, too, that debugging CSS issues via screenshots is pretty "impossible".

A couple of things with your site-specific customizations:
1. I'm not sure what the goal is with the addition of a <div id="main-content" class="box_spacer"> is, but I don't think that that's helping.
2. Your stylesheet_zcustom.css is overriding the onerow-fluid class' layout
