There is a problem with the password for my Admin access. I have clicked on forgotten password many times, yet have never received any emails.
Does anyone have any idea what is wrong?
Apparently, some of my customers are having similar problems with their resetting their passwords as well.

It would help if you provided more context, particularly about your Zen Cart version, plugins, etc. Click Reply below, and in the box "above" the area where you type is a section about "posting tips", which contains a number of questions it would be helpful if you were to answer.
