problem getting slide show to activate in Responsive_All_Business

I am posting in here because the template is no longer supported.
Template is responsive_all_business by picaflor azul - using v1.5.1

issue - cannot get slide show to activate
reason - needs to be activated in admin/configuration/responsive_all_business
problem - admin/configuration/responsive_all_business doesn't exist - due to either version upgrades or some other reason

.sql file responsive_all_business.sql will not load, get "error-please refresh page and try again" - so I deleted the .sql file from the data base and then re-uploaded the.sql file only to get that error message HOWEVER the .sql file appears in data base (under different table number to one deleted) so I assume some other file is preventing it from working.

So I have no way to say to the slide show 'you can activate'

Possible solution?? may be in the jscript file if it was modified to tell the slider template that it is active ???? is this possible??
