First check and I can see SSL is not forced. I am able to navigate the site in non SSL - http not https. If you add the basic SSL statements to your .htaccess and set Zen Cart to force https: while it's running - the first requirement of the Square code will be followed and we can troubleshoot from there.

Thank you very much for your reply. The server does have SSL activated, but I don't know what statements need to be added to which .htaccess files. So yes, I could definitely use your help doing that. I appreciate it!

zc1.56c, php 7.4, Bootstrap, Square Plugin 1.5

We have started using Square for payment processing. Our customer directory (in Square Admin) does not populate correctly. Instead, we see "Unknown Customer" for all customers. No other data.

I asked Square support and they said that our integration needs to make use of the Square Customer's API. Is that the case? Or perhaps some other problem? Curious what other Square users are seeing.

Since that is a report from your actual Square account, is there a problem on your site with names, dates, amounts, etc?

I don't know of a problem with 1.5.6c and PHP 7.4. I'm also not sure if the bootstrap mod for One Page Checkout will work with 1.5.6c

First get Zen Cart showing and collecting the correct data, then make sure you are up to date with the Square Web Apps.

There's no problem on the site with names, dates etc.
The square transactions complete without issue. Nothing in the error logs.
We don't use OPC.
Were using the latest Square API.

Everything works fine - just the customer data does not populate correctly. Its filling up with garbage data "unknown customer".

Curious if any other Square users are seeing the same thing.
