Recover Cart Sales - Can't Get It To Work

As a final update, I have added this mod to my active store, as all previous communications above were referencing my test account.

In just a few words, this mod is absolutely fabulous! It does just exactly what I was looking for, and has much more flexibility than I ever thought I needed.

A big thumbs up for all who contributed to it, and especially DrByte for making the installation unbelievably simple!

4.0.3 moved Tools->Recover Carts to Customers->Abandoned Carts
4.0.4 tweaked some email handling stuff
4.0.5 cleaned up the installer. No net difference in installation end results though.

... So, worth installing 4.0.5 just to get the small fixes to email.

Is there a way to reassign the abandoned cart back to the customer?
I had a customer contact me saying he could not log in, so i changed his password. He was grateful but complained that when he logged back in and changed his password like I asked, that his cart of a few things was empty.
I was able to find his cart with over a hundred dollars of stuff in it, but could not find a way to reassign it back to him.
I hated the fact that I had to tell him he would have to go find and reenter his products again.

I then came here to see if this function was available in a later version, but didn't see anything.
