USPS not returning first class parcel quotes

I cannot reproduce the problem:

USPS (1 Boxes) (0.6600 lbs) (First-Class™ Package Service (2 - 5 days))	$3.80
USPS (1 Boxes) (0.6600 lbs) (First-Class Mail Large Envelope (2 - 5 days))	$3.93
USPS (1 Boxes) (0.6600 lbs) (First-Class Mail Parcel (2 - 5 days))	$3.93

I switched from 1st Class Parcel to 1st Class Package COMM ONLINE ... quotes are returning from USPS. I suspect:
- 1st-Class Parcel (NOT WORKING)
- 1st-Class Package Service COMM. ONLINE (APPEARS TO BE WORKING)

I did not test:
- 1st-Class Letter
- 1st-Class Lg. Env

So, at least temporarily, you can use commercial online rates ...

As soon as Ajeh's response came back I tested again and it was working, but I didn't have logging enabled, so don't have a response file against which to compare. Today tried again with logging still off and had the same issue as reported, turned logging on and problem persisted. Keeping logging on for now and will periodically check for a success to see if something different will be logged and also will try to get to a computer so that can provide a log of the "problem" though the data is present to indicate a successful "response" just not being displayed...
