Is the K10 version of post #36 of this thread the same version as the K10 (1) that gets downloaded from the plug-ins area here?

The plug-ins version is at URL

so it looks like a different file. I haven't done a file compare.

I have the K10(1) version running, and it's showing First Class USPS shipping pricing with the store's Retail-Online switch set to Retail.

...which means (retail vs. online) what? I can't find any documentation on that on the forum.

There are some USPS products that are available at the retail counter and not online & vice-versa. I am not sure about the last version from the plugins or its author.
