    We've switched your account from PHP 5.3 to PHP 5.6 version. You can manage your account PHP version directly from your cPanel >> Select PHP.

    Could you please check it and let us know if that works for you?
    I can now see the two PayPal options and can use the edit option.

    Be sure to also attempt to change the php version as they have indicated (supposedly was something previously tried) to validate that in fact a change of the version through the cPanel utility has the "intended" effect.

    Great that finally the selection matches the operation though.
