I just installed it on a cart but it's returning this: An unknown error occurred with the ups shipping calculations.
I've used this before with no issues so not sure what's going on.

Delia, which version of UPSXML and Zen Cart?
Edit: That message is issued when no quotes (and no errors) are returned by UPS. You could enable the shipping-method's debug to see the request/response information.Last edited by lat9; 6 Aug 2019 at 07:43 PM.
