Resetting Admin login doesn't work

I've tried EVERYTHING and no matter what I still can't log into my store's admin. It just keeps refreshing the page. Ideas?

What ZenCart version, php and mysql versions are you using?

Did you change anything recently? Did you/your host change the php or SQL version on your server?

What ZenCart version, php and mysql versions are you using?

Note that while unable to login to the admin to easily obtain the information from the upper right corner's "version" link, it can also be collected by creating a file in the area where the catalog is located.

Ie. Create a file in the root of your catalog with a name other than php_version.php that contains the following:

<?php echo phpinfo();

This should identify at least the php version to which ZC is exposed.
