Thanks, @haredo and @rbarbour. It looks like (please correct me if I'm wrong) the includes-templates-bootstrap directory is actually the /includes/templates/bootstrap one.

I'll be downloading shortly ...

So far, playing with the demo, and looking around the code in github, I can say that I believe I might be having "feelings" for, I am not sure, the template or
rbarbour himself , might be getting moist eyes, and wondering if this is finally the answer to all of my prayers for a base template that is worth a damn. Thank You

Have taken a look and I'm impressed. Going to download from the GitHub and have a play with it.

It would be best to download from the zen-cart plugins. Some files needed for the observers have not been added yet and will result in white pages. Once GitHub is ready we will update the community and template in the plugins.
