Need to create a new zone definition and everything that goes with it.

As far as "zone 2" or "zone 3", well, will have to define what is included in that, but basically need to work in the area of locations/taxes from the admin screen. Suggest reviewing related FAQs (that I haven't gone to search for but know exist).
