Problem defining Breadcrumbs

This worked for me using the configuration table row 400, but I used:  > 
I'm having a problem with Step 3 of 3 regardless of the separator. No problem with Step 1 or 2 and Step 3 works for FREE download items, but when I enter items with a price, all the html code and tags are exposed like this:

Anyone know how to fix it? Is this is a header file somewhere?

FYI I'm also using version v1.5.6c on a Windows server. Connecting to PayPal ok as my processor. No errors in logs when all the html exposed, but can't execute transaction since no button to complete purchase is available.
