All Products Virtual -- No Shipping [Support Thread]

This plugin, soon to be submitted for review, is a follow-on to my Minimum Customer Account Information (http://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1465), which I'm retiring. That plugin failed to recognize that some virtual products might be taxable (requiring a billing address to determine the tax) and, with the 2015 EU Digital VAT (http://www.zen-cart.com/showthread.p...AT-Affects-You), there are other cases where it's important to gather a customer's full address -- even if you're not shipping a product.

The processing for this plugin is less intrusive than MCAI, requiring fewer core-file overwrites and template-file overrides. For those of you who choose to upgrade from MCAI, an upgrade script is included to ensure that any existing customers' (now incomplete) address-book entries are properly updated before any future product checkout actions.
