Log_manager-1.3.2 differant on two sites

I have log_manager-1.3.2. on two different sites that are both running the ZC-2.1.0 and both php.8.3 and I have installed the plugin on both. The only other plug-in that have been installed are a UPS and USPS shipping and the PayPal. Both have the same. I have double checked that I have the correct 3 Log-M files in the right places, and I do. For some reason one of the sites does not have the same additional configuration settings

Admin> Configuration> Logging

Display Logs: Display Maximum 20
Display Logs: Maximum File Size 80000
Display Logs: Included File Prefixes myDEBUG-|AIM_Debug_|SIM_Debug_|Firs...
Display Logs: Excluded File Prefixes

I have directly gotten the files from the good site and put them on the other site. I case I have a corrupt files.
Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Is there another setting in the admin that has to be turned on?

Never mind, I found it. If you have this problem you have to go to
Admin>Modules>Plug-in Manager and install the (Display Logs)
