For that to work one would need to build a listener to respond when PayPal notifies the store that a repeat-order has been placed, and then manually build that complete order and simulate payment and trigger all the notification emails.
That's not built-in at this time.
It gets ultra complicated when trying to reverse-engineer the specifics of the indicated order, especially if your store has changed its products in the meantime. Also complicated if you've changed prices as well.
Lots of things to take into account.
