Can this module be used to apply a shipping surcharge when items from specific categories are added to the cart? For example, I offer free shipping on orders over $500, but if a customer is buying certain supplies I need to add a $5 surcharge (so the total shipping is $5 instead of free) to offset the higher shipping costs (BUT ONLY WHEN FREE SHIPPING IS ELIGIBLE)--I have other shipping modules calculate correct shipping price when order total is below $500. What would be the best/easiest way to implement this, if it's even possible?
