Help! Website pages showing different URLs

I believe I posted this issue in the wrong forum last night and I'm stuck until I can get some help resolving the issue.

Home page is Wordpress and it shows correct URL in the address bar.
From there to a Zencart shop shows correct URL
but when you get into the categories and products, the URL is showing the subdomain I had used to make the site while waiting the 60 days to move my domain to my current host.

Please, I need to have this ready for my customers next week and I can't stock the store that's finished or work on the other stores until everything is correct because I'm concerned I will mess it up even further.

Here is the correct domain

Here is the subdomain and what post of the pages show once you get further into the comic shop.
http://thedesertcactus.farmersmarketsusa.com

If you click on the Comic Rack door you can see all of the urls are good until you click on a category and then everything goes back to including Farmers... in the address

Edited the URLs in these two files.
