Have you tried looking at account history for other customers?

If you have it set, you can go to another customer and use the Place Order button to log in as them. If you get the same result on THAT customer's previous order, you have a file problem creating a partial blank page.

If the problem does not exist EXCEPT with that one historical order, there's a problem in the order itself.

@dsc7050, in the admin, configuration settings, logging, change the logging to ignore duplicate definitions. It won't fix your overall issue, but it will make the logs a little easier to read.

As to the content of the logs, well, they got truncated because they were pasted in plain text instead of being enclosed by code or similar tags., but they let much so far just announce that there is an issue with trying to determine if there is a more recent version of some software or another. There really isn't a problem provided in the posted logs.

The error log you posted doesn't correspond to a white screen. You'll want to look for one that says "Fatal Error" or something like that in the log.

Fixed..we just replaced the (tpl_account_history_info_default.php) file, the details its show up. ( includes/templates/responsive_classic/templates)
