@dsc7050, in the admin, configuration settings, logging, change the logging to ignore duplicate definitions. It won't fix your overall issue, but it will make the logs a little easier to read.
As to the content of the logs, well, they got truncated because they were pasted in plain text instead of being enclosed by code or similar tags., but they let much so far just announce that there is an issue with trying to determine if there is a more recent version of some software or another. There really isn't a problem provided in the posted logs.
