This is a known bug in Zen Cart. For older databases with prefixes, some of the updates failed.

Thanks very much for passing this along! I have run the SQL statement and it has corrected my issue where I can now see my EZ Pages and also have the button back to Add New.

You're welcome. Thanks for confirming that it was the database upgrade issue, as I suspected. This bug has been fixed but users with prefixes who have already upgraded will have to take the manual step you did.
