Default Empty a customers shopping cart

Is there a way to manually empty a customers shopping cart? I have a customer who is quite old and not very internet savvy, he has 4 products in his cart but is struggling to remove them, I even tried to talk him through it on the phone but apparently setting a qty to 0 and hitting refresh does not work (even though it did for me while talking to him) and he claims the bin icon does not appear next to each line in his cart.

I could not see any way for me to do this in the admin backend but i'm assuming there is a table somewhere I can edit my myphpadmin.

    Thanks

    Jon

Default Re: Empty a customers shopping cart

For 1.5.7, install one of the plugins that allows you to place an order as a customer, login as him, then empty his cart.
    (In 1.5.8, this is built-in.)
