I've looked to see if anyone has reported this or there's a solution for it but didn't find it.

Looks like on ZC 1.5.8* the email dropdown that comes up when you have more than 1 email to be contacted is not loading properly. Instead of loading as a dropdown, it's loading as a whole block.
