Yes it is enabled but PayPal Website Payments Standard is not installed

PayPal Standard shouldn't be. Now that you're 'hit' the Modules :: Payment page, does that message still display for the order's display?

Yes it does show in Order details display at the top just under the order number only not in the Payment Modules Section.

If I click add refund in the Order Details it goes back to the home page in page in the admin

Turn on the paypalwpp payment-module's "debug" to log-to-file; the log(s) will be created in the site's /logs directory.

Once the debug is enabled, try that refund again and post back the obfuscated contents of any paypal logs generated.

That's a PHP error-log complaining about something in your Super Orders installation. The paypal logs are named (er) paypal*.log

Am I better off removing the super orders module because it seems to be creating errors with the square module as well.
