PayPal RESTful API Payment Module

I uploaded the files. Using ZC 2.1. The payment module isn't showing.
Any ideas?

if using the encapsulated version, did you go to:

admin -> modules -> plugin manager -> PayPal Restful Payment Module -> install

after that the module should be visible under payments.
