Cannot get admin reset email

Hi,
can anyone help me please? I am trying t login to my site as an Admin.
My user name and password are correct but i cannot get in to the admin side of my site.
Also, the admin password reset email does not work, I get nothing sent to me.

Normally, you would enter your email address and an email is sent to you. Then the page goes back to the point of entering your admin user name and password. On my admin side the page goes blank.

Can anyone help me on this please?

I have set up the temp admin password in PHPMyAdmin as above successfully.

Used Admin/admin as per instructions

Still cannot login to my admin page/s
