Admin Page Won't Load

I think I'm using version 1.58, but since I can't log into the admin page, I'm not sure.

I just installed (for about the 8th time since I've been having this same problem repeatedly) a shopping cart on www.rainforest-pets.com. The generic shopping cart index page shows up fine. The admin page will not show up at all. On Chrome, it's giving me a 500 error. On Firefox, there's no error at all...just a blank page.

I deleted the zc_install folder, and changed the admin folder to something I could actually remember. All files appear to be there. So why won't the <admin>/index.php page load so I can start working? I have other shopping carts on this same server, and none of them are giving me any grief at all. Just this one.

This is what the log says, and I don't know how to fix things because it seems to be missing a file.

I also don't know why it still shows the admin drectory as clAss-DFO-graSp because I changed that over an hour ago.
