'Contact Us'

I have a mystery on my hands. I have just discovered a problem with receiving emails from the Contact Us facility.
I have two options to have emails sent to, General - which works fine, and Webmaster - which goes nowhere.
How can I find out which email address Webmaster is pointing at and how do I change it?

Thank you swguy, I didn't think to look there, I figured it was located in the gubbins of code somewhere.

The problem is not that the webmaster email goes nowhere.

The site uses Access Blocker and it probably did it's job.

We're seeing this more and more with cheap VPNs, assigning IP addresses that are on the block list.

Bad IPs get a response as if everything is fine but no reset, contact us, etc. is done.
