Germany's T-Online.de ISP

I wonder if any one knows anything about issues sending emails to t-online.de users? Since late 2021 all emails I have sent to customers using t-online.de email addresses always bounce back. It would seem that, back in April 2021 T-Online made changes to the way it accepts emails and this now seems to be causing problems. We don't get many orders from Germany so the problems doesn't affect us that much, but I am just wondering if anyone else is aware of the problem and has experienced it.

T-online is greylisting unknown IPs.
If you want them to be whitelisted your server needs a proper domain configuration and your hoster needs to ask for whitelisting.
