I went through the logs and the errors are for the fedex rest plug in nothing with the paypal or order admin page.

Strange part the most recent order the link doesn't expand, but the order before that one it works fine.
After further review, other older orders do not expand out either like below.

You are discussing two problems.

1) Edit product: if the page is cut off/no footer, there is a fatal error and there should be a debug log referring to that moment.

2) Order Edit: any console error? Look at the page source...does the expanded section exist/is just hidden?

This is not the edit product page. It is the order details page.

The problem I am having this issue with is the "payment-details-section" not expanding or collapsing on certain random orders, meanwhile it works on other random orders.
