I am encountering a peculiar issue.
It has to do with the device, and it is not a Zen Cart issue, but thought to post to have some idea/suggestion to what/where check.
New customer registered, email sent, and received correctly.
There are 3 admins and 2 profiles
admin-main full access
admin-1 and admin-2 limited access
When logging into admin (as admin-main, admin-1, and admin-2) from my device I can see the new customer in the "customers" list, but when logging in from admin-2 device (using admin-1, and admin-2 credentials) the new customer is not listed.
I cleared the cache, but no joy.

Any ideas?
