Link below category image

Normally, I should be able to add link to other pages, product...below the category image by using the category description in admin.

However, I moved the category description below all the products so any links end up on the bottom of the page as well.

How can I still add link below category image?

It is kind of like creating 2 category description:

How can i move the link to the top ( flowers - basket- ..)

There's the Short Description for Categories plugin (https://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=355), but it hasn't been updated in close to a decade so I'd be cautious.
